Facilitating and enhancing local knowledge of pollution sources, outcomes, and prevention is central to the mission of Solve Pollution Madagascar. Partnerships and collaborations are in place to implement transformative educational curricula in schools and communities.
For example, Solve Pollution Madagascar includes the Education Development Center, a leading global curriculum developer with well-established programs reaching rural Madagascar; Centre Valbio, a leading Madagascar environmental research center focused on community education and outreach; and SEED Madagascar, which builds capacity for local communities to improve health, engage in sustainable livelihoods, and support conservation.
